True story.

My sister married an Italian and lived in Firenze. Vito originally came from a village in Southern Italy which was apparently the hillbilly part of the country.

A couple from the village - childhood acquaintances or distant cousins of his or something - had been trying to get pregnant without success so they went to the doctor about it.

It turned out they had "been doing it wrong".
