He's taken the "love thy neighbor" concept from the New Testament and is trying to apply it to a ridiculous extreme in order to then to justify some of the more frindgy parts of black nationalism under a libertarian framework. There is a kernel of truth but its a very nuanced point of view that cannot possibly be reduced to twitter-length explanation and if you don't already hold similar beliefs, you'll never get it.

You really do need to separate the racism from the crazy as much as I agree with you. He is absolutely untreated unmedicated unhinged type 1 bipolar. It is a really ugly disease and tremendously difficult to manage. But there are plenty of bipolar people who are not racist. It seems Kanye was always racist but that the crazy part is just making him unashamed of it now

I had a friend back there in high school,who put forth the proposition that just because Hitler was a sociopathic psychotic murdering asshole, his offspring might be great philanthropists, or social healers, and therefore if any offspring should be found (His idea was Argentina, or Brazil), that they should be studied, and raised in a manner that might eventually put them in positions of great power.... Like head of the UN, or the World bank, or other such institutions.
I tended to agree that the sins of the father should not be laid to blame on the son.... BUT I just wouldn't take that chance with the sons of Hitler, nor Trump, nor Putin, Stalin, PolPot, Ho Chi Mihn, or about a hundred other nut cases.... Including the daughter of Dick Cheney.
