Kudos for superior service: North Sails Charleston, SC

Made an appointment for 0830 today when they open for a repair to a spreader snag on the genoa leech.

Ran early due to low traffic and arrived at 0810.

John took me in, had the patch on, sewed, and genoa rolled up and back in the car before 0830.

 Nope, he was busy putting on patch and running the pneumatic sewing machine.

I've got a very nice really big 120% jib from North in Turkey that the local loft in Alameda, CA that repaired it pronounced top quality. I thinks they have global QC under control.
