Interesting how the ILCA relocated to Texas, though currently still has it's main office in the UK. The plaques were ordered in the UK, and now are ordered in Texas.

I wonder how many of the functions will transfer to the Texas office, and whether the ILCA can sustain having two offices.

That is funny. And it resides in CT!

You should have never given up the Devil sock Gouv. That was the best. I don't think anyone realized that was you (or at least I didn't).

Could you bring the Devil back and warm up the North East? You may have heard we have this little hard water problem here which is impacting on our sailing time.

Just a function of where the executives most concerned live isn't It?
You can believe concerned and good of the class has a scintilla to do with it if you wish
Never thought that. Convenient for a significant executive is why I thought it was in Cornwall. If power has moved I assumed base would move with it for convenience of new executives. Never dreamed good of class might be a factor.

...a bit of activity on 7 April... each step getting closer to an outcome, whatever that might be.

Hoping the court finds in favor of Kirby.

Unless you can see more than I can see on Plainsite, seems to me that's a bit optimistic. All I see is the US legal system plodding turgidly along with delay added to delay, and much lawyer arguing over what seem to be mainly side issues of the sort lawyers seem to love adding to these cases. Well, it boosts the fees. Kirby has just won a bit on some side issues, but so what, his opposition has won on some too, I think that's no guide as to what the final result will be, and that seems a very long way off.
