When the government has a contract available to all men and all women it must actually be available.

Government marriage ( nothing to do with church marriage) is about two people pairing up for life. The contract HAS to be available to everybody or it is illegal for the government to have the contract available to anyone.

If a woman can enjoy the government contract whereby she marries John Doe, The government MUST equally make that contract available to every other adult in the country.

The government may not say, this contract is only available to women.

ANYBODY female or male must be allowed to marry John Doe or nobody can marry John Doe.

There are only two solutions:
let everyone have the same right to marry
Or
The government must quit offering marriage as a government contract.
