So as a group we work to make enough noise to try and get something done. It seems to have helped. Tens of thousands of sailors, including we hope, those involved at all levels in the incident read this thread. And then Mad jumps in with soft porn and makes us all look like fools. Well done you.

If the thread hadn't descended into the bitch fest that is standard here, it wouldn't have been required. Everything that needed to be said in this thread was dealt with by page 3, 4 at the max.

In a SA thread, after a while, everything will have been said at least once (check), somebody will bring up Nazis as per Godwin's law (check), Elvstrom will have been quoted multiple times (check, and I plead guilty), and somebody will post topless pictures (check). That said, I am happy that the thread is still going because I don't want this incident to be forgotten quickly. Real apologies have not been issued, nobody has retired after finishing, and nobody has been disciplined yet. Until one of the above happens, I'm happy to keep giving this thread a bump. The horse has been flogged but it is not dead...
