In other words, the shooter is stopped by a good man without a gun.

Not to mention the drag performer who kicked the shit out of the shooter with "her" high heels.

So NRA hucksters, there are two good men without a gun saving the day. Kind of busts the myth, doesn't it. And makes the Uvalde PD look like cowards.
Doesn’t bust any myth. It shows that common people can solve uncommon problems. Good for them. Glad they were there.

And yes the Ulvalde PD looks bad in comparison. But they looked bad to begin with.

It puts a nice stroke through the NRA's regurgitated mantra they use to rationalize putting more and more guns out in the community: "Security comes from having a good man with a good gun."

No where can you find that the NRA says that the only security comes from good guy with a gun. What happened proves that good people can intervene and stop these bad things from happening.

Not sure how this disproves the good guy with a gun anymore than the Indiana mall shooter who was stopped by a good guy with a gun in July proves the good guy with a gun in all situations. It’s just not that simple.
There's a common link in both situations.

The argument belongs in PA.
But I can't see how those threads can be longer than 7 posts...
