a number of years ago i helped a friend clean out stuff from his MIL's house before he and his wife moved in. We came across a stack of Penthouse from about 1978-9 that had been collected by his wife's brother. Some of the models had landscaped their bushes, i swear to god, into huge rectangles! I mean huge and i mean rectangular! Sometime after these publications were acquired, the brother realized he was gay, i don't know if there was a direct connection

It’s about fashion I guess - what was in fashion when you were growing up. Frankly any bush is better than none…but that’s just my era.
Maybe an analogy is horsemanship - English, western, bareback - if you are into it, it’s all good 😃

I thought about that but the thread about how old we are leads me to believe many will get it.

I'm pretty sure those of us of a certain age all read PB. When we were to young to buy it, we just found our father's hidden copies!
