Bottom Left looks familiar, but I can't quite place it. I had the simon, but we were the house that had intellevision, A Mac and a garage full of cool stuff. Had to go to friends house to play any of that shit. Had a Big track, a grean machine and Jarts.....
merlin... we had an apple IIe with a green screen, TCR race cars, no big wheels though, and a crapload of LEGO's. spent many car rides with the football game above...

the big man blows his horn for three hours in that show, tremendous band, my buddy Robbie at the time was raving about Bruce while we were going to dead shows, pat matheney, U2, the stones etc and I never went to a Bruce show. My sons are on the lookout and have been tasked with getting tickets if he comes to the Bay Area again but it will be without Clarence.

I saw Bruce twice, in 2003 in Ludwigshafen, Germany in a small soccer stadium that could hold about 30,000 people. It was a great show and Clarence was in fine form. Danny was still with the band as well.

The second time I saw Bruce was in the Olympic Stadium in Berlin in 2016. Clarence was gone, Danny was gone, but the show was still great. Clarence's nephew Jake does a creditable job of filling the Big Man's shoes.

As much as I love Bruce, I would hesitate to see him live now. I'm sure he would still put on a great show, I think he's one of the best live performers out there, but he's getting old. There w as a noticeable difference in his voice and his energy between the 2003 and 20-16 shows that I saw. I want to remember Bruce as the high energy, charismatic guy that he was some years ago. He will always be Bruce, but the years do take a toll.
