I miss those days, and Peaches records and tapes. I still have a Peaches record crate I bought new in 197something. And most of the vinyl.

milk crates for mine....

not my collection ... our crates were blue. had an entire wall filled up with em.
most of the vinyl was ruined when the downstairs of my parents house flooded.
my mother had moved them all into the basement while painters were redoing the walls and never put back. same mother that also threw away a similarly sized(by volume) collection of comic books a few years prior.

Many…..no many many….years ago I took a structure protection strike team (5 type 1 or structure engines……”pavement princesses” as some called them 🤣) to a large southern Cali fire in a pretty rural area. We were assigned to protect a small resort down a long dirt road with lotsa brush out in front of the fire. Turned only it was a nudist resort. I have stories but I’ll just say…….there were not any beauty pageant winners there…….
