Super Yacht A was originally flagged in the Isle of Mann, but after sanctions kicked was deregistered by them, then registered more recently in Sierra Leone. If it is what it says it is, it's not a home brew but a pretty slick Ken Hankinson design. It would take a pretty skilled homebuilder because it requires building a mold for, and pouring lead for, a very substantial swing keel.
