I reckon it can be. Don't let @multihuler see it or he'll have another project on his hands...Can't be that one, or can it?

not craigslist. maybe the hull damage is above the waterline. but it looks like damage extends to well above the waterline...and it looks like it was underwater long enough for barnacles to form on the hull and deck... damn those offset companionways
1996 Oyster 55 project Fort Myers Beach, FL 20,000$
1996 Oyster 55 damaged and partially submerged in hurricane IAN. Has a hull fiberglass damage on the starboard side saltwater damage to interior and systems. It is floating and not taking any water. Mast and rigging as well as main sail in good shape. Forestay has been cut by recovery company. Needs complete refit. no equipment has been stolen, everything is onboard. Soft goods and panels were moved to allowed for drying and are stored in the aft stateroom. Engine has been pickled to prevent corrosion. Damage is well above the waterline, the patch is pretty oversized.

I now see that there is no seller contact info., which leads me to think that (a) it is definitely humor, and (b) it was likely posted by a fellow Anarchist.Possible water damage

A "vbirth" always adds at least $2000 to asking the price. This boat has one, plus "highdrolic breaks" on the trailer. It's a steal at $20K.Apparently some people have heard the market is hot but haven't bothered to check it out.

Hilarious - I live not far from there and was looking at that ad a couple of days ago. We did have a weather bomb cold snap where the temp dropped about 50 degrees in the space of a couple of hours. I knew it was coming and didn't want this to happen to me - it's the first time I ever winterized my engine - glad I did.I know that anything's value is what someone will pay for it. Asking price seems a bit high on this one.

Is that bulwark made from aluminum extension ladders?!?
That's what I thought the first time I saw one on CL, but I think it was standard. I've seen it on some quite well-kept boats around here. It still looks odd to me where it extends out to form a bowspritIs that bulwark made from aluminum extension ladders?!?
