That Baltic in that condition will sell probably for $150k if the seller isn't in a hurry. An exceptionally fine example. Baltics and Swans keep their values; and their depreciation after 20 years is a gentle glide slope.

Trying to find someone who wants to complete this restoration. Worthy project. Lots of documentation and pedigree. Needs canvas deck, Mast, hardware put back and elbow grease. yanmar diesel. All of the original bronze hardware. Lead ballast. It has new frames and new interior. Copper rivets. Bronze bolts and screws. It will be a race winner again in the right hands.

What ever they are asking, it is way too much. New mast with rigging will be a fortune. As far as a race winner. Not sure who they plan to race against but this looks like a hard sail to beat a modern boat.
Something about backyard builds/restorations that make a guarantee really scares me.
