The new all quiet on the western front is das Boot level awesome.

Totally recommended if you want to ruin your day.

Das boot in German with english subtitles was incredible when I saw it when it was released on the big screen. Same with Full Metal Jacket. Riveting from the first to the last.

we saw bullet train tonight with brad Pitt And many others, fun romp with lots of good writing/dialog

Old film I know, just watched it again. It’s we worth a look if you’ve not seen. Great French cast includes Kirstin Scott Thomas and Eva Green. Great story.there’s a remake around as well…

We had friends come to visit us when we were living on our boat in NYC. We wanted to see something on Broadway. The choice came down to Thomas in Ibsen's The Seagull (very serious stuff) or Spamalot (not at all serious stuff). Probably should to say which one we chose.
