Yep, been known to do that myself. Doesn't have to be at dawn either, middle of the day is just fine too.

I like being naked as much as the next guy, but I have to wonder what inspires guys to walk around naked in parts of San Fran. Forgot modesty for a moment, I just don’t want my junk flapping in the breeze on a city street. Too many opportunities for damage, or shrinkage in some way.
