Nautor/Swan 47 Sheave replacement

I am in the process of acquiring an amazing Swan 47. In the midst of all of the original (c. 1980) gear are two of these Nautor spreacher blocks, both of which need new top sheaves. They look vaguely similar to Schaeffer or Palmer Johnson blocks of the same era. Any idea for replacements? I will also be posting on the main SA page.

A local rigger can make you some. delrin/lathe and pressed in bushing

I was hoping for an off the shelf part. Looks a lot like 1980's gear. I was there. I just don't remember it.

This one is pretty close in size.  It's 1/4" smaller which is better than too big.

You can email the yard in Finland and they will guide you to exact replacements 

Or you can email the Jamestowne boat Yard in RI. who is a swan dealer. they’re  closer than Finland  B)
