Talked with a Hanse guy at the Annapolis Boat Show, a few years ago, about using robots in assembly. He says that robots good/strong enough to build boats are currently more expensive, although he appreciates the company's efforts he said they are more experimental than economic.

Wasn't it an Erickson 37 (or maybe a 39) that the keel fell off of - almost - when Webb Chiles took it around? Not exactly bulletproof either.
