Finally some good weather and a drone out. Here is 32 "rainbow" class 26 footers making good chaos:

Of course everyone here likes carbon wingfoil porn. I enjoyed this racing so much I had to share nonetheless.

Love that I didn't see a single penalty turn being done:D
Protest afterwards some where thrown out. Footage was used by the committee actually. The sailors were generally convinced that they were inside the buoy zone. Camera says issues started 6 boatlenths out

That was awesome. Just as much adrenaline pumping at the gate as on any foiler. Must have been a long night for the protest committee.

What do you think?

156 and 85 were ahead and made the good decision to split.
75 seems to not have an overlap when entering the zone and appears to break a rule.

More mayhem with the middle fleeters...

Fun video. I suspect we had as much fun watching as the folks sailing in the melee. Just love to watch one design races and it is a shame that olympic sailboat races don't get drone coverage.

Very close amongst the leaders at the end of a run. If it wasn’t for the boats trailing some distance would have thought the race had been started on the run

I think the gate was too narrow, if you take a three boat-length zone for each buoy the zones would overlap. Neeed at least 7 boat-lengths between the gate to reduce the mayhem.

More mayhem, more fun? At least to watch.

Worked smooth for 8 races; this was the only real mayhem rounding. No damage were done - important as all boats are wood and many of them them antique
