The House on Wednesday voted to kill the CDC's rule that currently requires foreign travelers entering the U.S. to be vaccinated for COVID, a rule the GOP says is outdated.
Probably to little to late for him to play Indian Wells or Miami but he should be fine for the US Summer Series incl. the US Open.
Unless the house passes the same bill with a 60-vote majority (out of 100 votes), it cannot become law. At this point, the bill passed by the House of Representatives has no impact on the current law.

No one expect it to become law. It is just a "Message Bill" to put pressure on the Biden Govtm.
Most of the Bills coming from the House will be Message Bills to remind Voters how much of a crap this Biden Govtm really is.

The Biden Administation has been the most gros overreaching Admin in two decades.
Well, having followed American Politics since the 2000 Florida Election fiasco you could argue that Obama with his ObamaCare Crap and Cap & Trade nonsense plus going after the coal industry was gros overreach too.
But Biden took this to whole new level trying shut down the oil industry and these insane mandates.
I have brought DG to Greta's attention for their support of the coal industry. BTW market forces are kicking coal to the curb...utilities are switching. Coming from a place with univeral health care (Germany) it's odd DG opposes moves to cover more folks in the US. The oil industry has been hugely profitable recently btw.
