What we do know is that the FBI, NSA, CIA had become concerned by the lies and disinformation produced by the GOP and Russia, and how each group amplified the other’s messages over a period of years.

The NYT and CBS did -NOT- confirm anything about Hunter Biden's laptop other than that there is a laptop... actually several... and one or more more of them -may- have been Hunter Biden's, because it can't be proven that they're not; the one thing that investigators -have- found positively is that the hard drive has been extensively mucked with by more than one person.

Wouldn't hold up in court, doesn't hold up in the opinions of reasonable people. "Testimony" from the Tucker Carlson show is not proof.
