And much of it is not, and as yet, no judgement has been made regarding whether Hunter himself owned this laptop and dropped it off for repair.

You are also not qualified to make that decision: it’ll be up to a judge to allow it, and you can bet there will be motions to suppress it. And then a jury would have to decide what to make of it.

Your refusal to consider the legal realities just make you a lightweight, and your opinions kinda useless as a result.
