All these rich people in favor of free speech should buy at least one shortwave station. Then they can have all the free speech they like. WTWW out of Lebanon, Tennessee recently went off the air for financial reasons. It was broadcasting classic rock+"oldies" on shortwave, and they knew that somebody in Ukraine might appreciate that as long as they had AA batteries , instead of the usual news and propaganda on shortwave.
