If it does happen, it will look more of a litigation settlement or sponsorship deal than a merger, where the bonesaw fund will become a minority shareholder in the Tour with a number of guaranteed events in the bonesaw kingdom for 10 years or so. Calling it a merger allows the arabs to save face in a battle they were losing badly.
