What is the thought behind the shovel handle design?

The handle is great for right handers and left handers, it works well in plow mode too.
At one of the facility's someone before me had the forethought to purchase an aluminium grain shovel for moving snow around, it's works just like you would expect it to.
I found this shovel today while moving stuff around in my storage locker, didn't even know I had it.
Tomorrow morning it's getting donated to the cause.

I think this car had a world speed record at one time

I can’t find a good image but I got to see and more importantly hear a 1930s auto union v16 Grand Prix car and a hill climber lap laguna seca with hans stuck jr at the wheels. They sounded like spitfires with wheels. Hans did not wear a helmet. He wore the classic white skull cap with ear flaps with goggles. Just him doing demos but he gave it close to full gas if not full up the hill. I will never forget the sound. Hans is one of my favorite sportsmen.

The stack of Pan di Zucchero in Porto Flavia, Sardinia, Italy a sea harbor located near Nebida. Built in 1923&24, it served as the mineral production hub of Masua on the west coast of the Sardinia, Iglesiente area. It is named after Flavia Vecelli, the daughter of the harbor's engineer and designer. Here, the sea was deep enough and well-protected from wind and waves to allow a safe mooring, where the ore could be loaded from the cliffs by gravity.

Many good races at Laguna Seca.... and a few Dead Showes too. Rumor has it they're trying to get a Nationals Moto - X race there in 2023.

One yachting committee I served on some time back operated just like that. The Chair was the biggest knob ever, a total FW. I walked out after a few years & never went back....
My late Dad, an excellent surgeon, was co-opted onto several medical committees, including the Isle of Wight Hospital Management Committee. He hated them all, but particularly this last one, which was headed by a disused Major General Hext.

Dad would come home afterwards in a fury, clutching a bunch of papers which he'd hurl on the floor, shouting "Hext minutes! Hext minutes!" This was a signal for our spaniel to shred them all into tiny pieces.

Dad's theory was that the only good committee was made up of three people, with two of them absent.

Committees are where good ideas go to die.
