If you were so concerned about getting justice from the legal system, then you would go to the police FIRST. if the legal system lets you down, THEN you sue and use the media.
If at the time BH went to the media without intentions to go to the police, but Wilkinson or her producers convinced her to go to the police, especially to add more substance to the story, then she should be suing CH10 etc…

Pell has nothing to do with this except to be the precedent that stops people being convicted with out the complainant producing a single scrap of evidence- just like the prosecution couldn’t in this case.
