Mysogeny at work. Secretaries have to be female in your world?

Bogan spelling at work! In two threads! So cute, but typical of people who did not finish school, they have to stay in the NT to get decent money, no one else will pay them.

some more for you, so you also fail to derail the important topic!

"
He alleged that, during his first meeting with police about the case in March 2021, investigators had used selective evidence and “loaded characterisations” in an attempt to persuade him to agree with their position, which was that charges should not be laid.

In subsequent meetings in April and June last year, Drumgold alleged that investigators continued to use mischaracterisations, cherry-picked evidence, and inaccurate select summaries of evidence to suggest weaknesses in the case and convince him to support their view that it should not proceed."

Prosecutor alleges police ‘aligned with defence’ in Bruce Lehrmann case and claims ‘inappropriate interference’

"The chief prosecutor in the trial of Bruce Lehrmann complained that police officers engaged in “a very clear campaign to pressure” him not to prosecute the alleged rape of Brittany Higgins, saying there was “inappropriate interference” and he felt investigators “clearly aligned with the successful defence of this matter” during the trial.

In a letter sent to the Australian Capital Territory’s police chief in early November, the director of public prosecutions, Shane Drumgold SC, makes a series of extraordinary allegations about police conduct during the politically-charged, high-profile case, which suggest a toxic relationship between elements of the two agencies during the investigation and trial."

View attachment 558461
And yet the ACT police manager of Criminal investigations, Detective Superintendent Scott Moller said that it was political interference that led the matter being brought forward at all. You see Randy Shane Drumgold is in a world of hurt already for his astounding comments when the charges were dropped.
He could and should have gone to the judge and had a mistrial declared as soon as he found out about this, but he didn't. Why was that do you think? Because as prosocuter he was obviously hoping for a conviction? Or because it never happened and he is looking to salvage his career? And when it was obvious that it was a hung jury and he was going to be acquitted, they found another way to get a mistrial and avoid BL's acquittal. He was going to lose the biggest case of his career so of course he is going to whine about it. No one would know more about the chances of a conviction than the cops who investigated the matter and they obviously knew there was little or no chance, but there was political interference to proceed. And who is in government in the ACT? Funny how your conspiracy theories only run one way.

So where are these 'series of extraordinary allegations about police conduct'?

He lost his biggest ever case and now his career is fucked. You really are a dumb cunt.
But why no cite for this story? Let me guess...the ABC or the Guardian?

Why would the cops take BL's side? Could it be that the cops knew that she was a lying cow? He knew he was flogging a dead horse and he was setting himself up for when he lost the biggest case in the country. So now he is done as a prosecutor what are the odds on him seeking a seat for the ALP at the next election. Can I sell you a bridge mate?

I had been there for a few months. They hated 'suits', only uniformed officers had any value. Any civilians just had to survive. Meetings were full of finger-pointing and foul language.

One ruddy faced pot-gutted senior sergeant was an extreme case. He had to walk by my desk when he arrived each morning. He used to put shit on me in a half joking way, I did not have the luxury of returning fire.

But one Monday morning he arrived with more capillaries than usual burst in his face and smelling of stale alcohol. He went to walk by but stopped, leaned one elbow over the low partition and said ...

"Are . you . still fucking here? Fucking consultants are fucking leaches on the system, bleeding us fucking dry when the money should be used to catch fucking robbers!"

Other cops and some consultants near-by found something really fascinating on their desks, heads down.

But I had had enough of his bullshit and in as friendly and non-confrontational way as possible said;

"So, what the fuck are you doing here ... all the robbers are out there."

I think I heard some chuckles. He left me alone after that.

The culture was poisonous, but not as bad as QLD Health, they ate people
Holy fuck - how did I miss this post! Pure fucking gold! Apart from all the other bullshit, why the fuck would the cops bring in an asphalt salesman as a consultant?
This thread just keeps on giving. Was Vernon Green one of the cops?

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

I love it when Randy posts some op-ed piece from the LW press and then starts claiming he has won an argument.
A prosecutor claims his victory was stolen after losing a career defining case.
Cool story Brah.

Shane Rattenbury MLA is an elected member for Kurrajong and the leader of the ACT Greens.
He has never even practiced law.

Don't you ever get tired of being made to look like an arse clown?
So tell us LB ... when did you practice law?

No but I am not the chief lawmaker for the ACT.
I am a respected expert witness however so I know a bit about it. Obviously a shitload more than you.
Which is surprising given your admitted life long use of illegal drugs. But the magistrates court is a bit different and you probably normally just plead guilty.
