She was only 19 years old and very drunk. He was how old?
If sex took place, even "consensual". What was he thinking?
If sex didn't take place, what sort of man leaves a very drunk "child" that he's escorted into a building late at night without offering an escort home? Or even checking if she's OK, asking security if she's ok, if she's left?

And more to the point, why would she lie?
There was no reason for her to lie about being raped, she may have been worried about losing her job for being in the building. But why make up a story about being raped?
