Mistakes were made and my d2 turnbuckle got bent. Would you bend this back or just throw it away?

I’m assuming this is for the Hobie 25? If so, how available are spars? Should the repaired turnbuckle fail and the mast falls down, how likely is a timely replacement available? For a couple hundred bucks, I’d say it’s cheap insurance to replace it!

Mast trumps turnbuckle.
This sort of thing is super annoying. But straightening that out will work-harden it a little. Who know's how strong it will be then?
