If life begins a conception, as they say, then all the rules change, your birth certificate is not a real document, who determines when the conception takes place, and who is the father.
Then all age requirements have to be redone, Driver's license, voter cards, drinking ages, tax status (deduction) age for SS/Medicare, driving in the HOV lanes.

Also what sex or sexual orientation it is (Geneticists have discovered that all human embryos start life as females, as do all embryos of mammals. About the 2nd month the fetal tests elaborate enough androgens to offset the maternal estrogens and maleness develops.)
If that the case we're all Trans
A gay, transexual, transvestite, drag queen, that what I was at conception?

The reason birth is the counting point for all the items you mentions is because birth is a fixed event that is determinant. There is no argument about the moment and time and date of child coming out of a womb. The date of conception is almost impossible to truly determine but it is very clear when the event becomes a baby.

All you need to know is that wimm'ns must be subservient to men! And NO abortions, ever, because we know how those evil temptresses love to lure a man into sex and then murder the result!
