Hi all-

As many of you know, this is a great organization which does terrific work with innercity kids. It will affect the lives of over 2,000 kids this year. The position offers a great deal of autonomy for the right person.

I'd appreciate it if you would pass this along to anyone who might be interested.

Cheers,

just so happens that I'm need of a job
Wasn't talking about you, maybe in your spare time you could teach the guys you are sailing with how to keep ahead of a J/29. We had to flog our sails not to sail over the top of you guys at the weather mark.

at least we knew there was an offset mark....
Even with spotting you guys the minute it took us to correct ourselves we still finished a boat length behind you guys. Remember ya had a 5 minute head start. Pathetic!

I see there were some acorns out there in race 2, you guys with a 4th, Peragrina with a 1st, Eclipse with a 5th, good to see race 1 & 3 you didn't let us down with an 8th & 9th

It sounds like an awesome program, and you're really looking for somebody to take it on as a life project rather than a 9-5 job.

I would love to, but 1- am probably not the man... only have about 2 years experience and that with a small-town sailing program; and 2- don't want to move to NYC from my nice small town (and leave the kids I am currently working with) (clicky linky) .

Johnnie, this thread is about Rockin' The Boat and their search for a Program Director. That is why I bumped it, to help out MikeR. What we don't need here is to turn this thread into another "Espo is great vs Espo is a dick" thread.

Thanks buddy.

Did you really miss an offset?
Get back to designing or making shiity sails or you'll be on the unemploymet line again, I don't think Obama can bail you out anymore.
