The salon is gimbled, I do wonder if it might not help with fatigue as well so coming off watch would be more relaxing (clutching at straws a bit there lol)

Apparently the entire owners cabin is gimbled too but it's kept pretty under wraps...
Skorpios has managed to hang on for the monohull line honours - Sunrise with the current IRC overall lead is just heading into the light patch behind Guadeloupe so there might be a shuffle in the rankings depending on how they get through it.

Trifork come to a grinding halt. May have a problem. Grooverderci sailing a cracking race. It's a pity there are no crew lists for all the boats.?
Dawn Treader in the IRC lead just ahead of Sunrise, both boats JPK1180's. Both boats neck and neck but parked up exactly where PowerPlay got jammed.

Operated by Kraken Travel usually, so its a charter / pay-to-play setup, they're also offering out Hyper for Antigua Week so may not be the owners / sailing it this race.

To all of those making excuses for the big C. These boats were built for line honors, and winning is winning. It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or win by a nm.
Trifork tracker says their retiring with 'minor rig issues'. That's got to suck getting so close to home...
The IRC overall lead seams to be tumbling down through the fleet as each boat gets stuck in the wind shadow - went from I Love Poland, to Warrior Won, to Sunrise, Dawn Treader and now with Scarlet Oyster who are about to head into the light zone.

Intriguing that after the first round of sanctions were put in place on Russia, the tracker changed the national flags of both Comanche and Skorpios from Russian flags to their hailing port flags.
Skorpios high tailed it out of English harbor right after finishing and their AIS signal is now in St. John’s, on the hard, with the tender nearby.
My guess - we don’t see either Skorpios or Comanche in the Bermuda Race this summer.

We don't know that yet, the rest of IRC Super Zero are still racing, Commanche is in the lead for the moment but its still possible someone can catch up, and they're not leading overall...

They were in St Johns before the race started and are back there again because they're too deep to fit in either English or Falmouth Harbour....

Are there any sanctions in place that would prevent a private racing yacht from racing where it chooses just because it is owned by a Russian.? I don't think so.?
