You may be confusing my efforts to fight the TDS epidemic with support. On that subject, wasn't it you who started a thread about the scandalous way Trump feeds fish? If so you may need some treatment yourself.

Is it OK for a man in his 30s to "date" (wink wink) 14 year old girls if he has their mother's permission? That is morally repugnant and whether or not Moore is guilty of any of the things he's accused of, he has a really shitty attitude and is unfit for office. OTOH if you genuinely want to live in a society where women are considered to have approximately the same rights as livestock, then you can easily do so by going to live somewhere else. Stop trying to drag America down to your level.

How could someone with those alleged tendencies advance in their career to the point of running for senate unless a lot of people around him were the same, tolerant, and or complicit.   If the allegations are true it's just the tip of the iceberg.

How could the Catholic Church go on for centuries as one of the most powerful organizations in human history with a bunch of priests who were raping and molesting children unless the society around them was willing to ignore this or be complicit?

People like you disbelieving these women is exactly the reason they are reluctant to come forward in the first place, and when this stuff initially happens, and why it can then continue.

Unless you can prove they are being paid a large sum of money, why would they possibly do this?  Because they want some politician to win?  By doing this each one who comes public is inviting years or a lifetime of persecution by MAGAts, none of that is worth it to affect some election where their abuser is likely to win anyway.

American society has taken a turn as to what is acceptable behavior. If Teddy were alive today things would probably be much different,  I read an op-ed today from someone who supported Bill Clinton and would now ask for this resignation - regardless of it being consensual and of age he used his position of power over someone who worked for him - and I think he is correct. Bill should have resigned for the good of the country.  Using those two as examples btw is disingenuous to Moore's situation not to mention he has been a RW turbo Christian nutter in addition to a hypocritical pervert.
