First, some of Bill Clinton's accusers do assert that it was not consensual and in Broaderick's case even that it was rape.

Second, as for Moore, rape is not the legal term for what Moore admits to nor is he accused of it.

Third, I don't support either Moore or Trump,- both are unworthy, so I'm not sure who you're referring to but I do feel that when people are impugning the character of others their own character becomes fair game.
