You tell lie. I never expressed an opinion on Moore. I expressed an opinion on his likelihood of winning the Senate race and how Liberals love socialist Europe until they don't.

But I like how you can all make an S with your moral spines.
You're confusing liberals with Republicans. You assume that because Republicans will accept anything, (Trump, child molesters, fraudsters, lies, lies and more lies) in support of the party and ideology, that the same applies to everyone else.

It doesn't. The rest of us are capable of thinking for ourselves on a case by case basis

And in the end Moore wins comfortably.  You have to admire the left they have such a flexible spine.

An oft heard progressive lament asks why is America so Redneck Hickish? Why can't we be more like those sophisticated progressive europeans?

I too wonder.

Why not 13, Germany , Austria, Portugal and Italy already lowered it to 14 and we all know France will not be outdone when it comes to amour.
Two different 11 year old girls wanted it bad? At least, that's what French courts must assume unless proven otherwise?

WTF?

Open letter to Roy Moore -

Mr. Moore,

When the Washington Post approached me about what you did to me as a child, I told them what happened, just as I had told family and friends years before. I stand by every word.

You responded by denying the truth. You told the world that you didn't even know me. Others in recent days have had the decency to acknowledge their hurtful actions and apologize for similar behavior, but not you.

So I gave an interview on television so that people could judge for themselves whether I was telling the truth.

I explained my motivation on the Today show. I said that this is not political for me, this is personal. As a 14-year old, I did not deserve to have you, a 32-year old, prey on me. I sat quietly for too long, out of concern for my family. No more.

I am not getting paid for speaking up. I am not getting rewarded from your political opponents. What I am getting is stronger by refusing to blame myself and speaking the truth out loud.

The initial barrage of attacks against me voiced by your campaign spokespersons and others seemed petty so I did not respond.

But when you personally denounced me last night and called me slanderous names, I decided that I am done being silent. What you did to me when I was 14-years old should be revolting to every person of good morals. But now you are attacking my honesty and integrity. Where does your immorality end?

I demand that you stop calling me a liar and attacking my character. Your smears and false denials, and those of others who repeat and embellish them, are defamatory and damaging to me and my family.

I am telling the truth, and you should have the decency to admit it and apologize.

O’queef is a bumbling idiot. He’s way smarter than Nailing Malarkey and he likely drives something far better that a silly Ridgeline, but he’s still a bumbling idiot.

Does this mean people aren't allowed to just make shit up about others and spew it to the media?  But...I thought Orange Crush was opening up the libel laws!

Can she sue?
Ever try suing a judge? They tend to stick together, and defend their own, even if it's not right....... Unless the guy's a pariah, in which case they'll throw him to the wolves..... But I don't see that happening unless the case is heard in California, or Massachusetts.

He's not a judge.  He's a piece of shit who has no respect for the law, and has demonstrated time and time again that he will not follow it.  She should sue him.

Feds Use James O’Keefe Video In Felony Trial Of Trump Inauguration Protesters
A video from the “ultraconservative” Project Veritas could play a key role in the ongoing felony trial of six arrested at inauguration demonstrations.

By Ryan J. Reilly

Conservative undercover journalist James O’Keefe’s organization produced a video of a protest planning meeting that was shown in court Tuesday.

WASHINGTON ― A Justice Department prosecutor pursuing felony convictions for six of the hundreds of individuals arrested during
President Donald Trump’s inauguration successfully introduced to a jury on Tuesday a video of a protest planning meeting that was secretly recorded by a controversial organization run by conservative activist James O’Keefe.

The video, shot by an affiliate of O’Keefe’s Project Veritas, shows a Jan. 8 meeting in a church basement in northwest Washington. It was shown to the jury during Tuesday’s testimony of Officer Bryan Adelmeyer of the Metropolitan Police Department, who went undercover to suss out protesters’ plans for Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20.

The Project Veritas video may play a key role in a trial that could determine the fate of an additional 181 defendants still facing trials on several felony counts over the course of the next year. More than 200 people, including numerous journalists, were arrested en masse after windows were smashed in downtown Washington before the inauguration. One defendant pleaded guilty to felony rioting charges, and 19 others have pleaded guilty to misdemeanor counts. Seven additional defendants who initially faced felonies are now scheduled to face trial on misdemeanor charges next month.

A total of 187 defendants, including the six currently on trial, have pending felony charges, with prosecutors alleging they were part of a conspiracy that resulted in extensive property damage and should therefore be held responsible for the actions of the other individuals they were arrested with. So far, prosecutors have not alleged that any of the six defendants on trial individually caused any destruction but instead argued that they enabled those who did. One of the defendants is a photographer who had taken an interest in covering demonstrations throughout the United States.

It's comforting to see the prosecutor was smart enough to try to conceal the source of that tape from the court, but most unfortunate that cat got out of the bag after it was shown to the jury but before the verdict. Possible mistrial and new round of plea bargain negotiations.

Yup, you said it ... on a case by case basis.

And if you'll turn to the right, you'll see here a perfect display of how obfuscation, denial, delay, and distraction all work so delightfully to draw our attention from the important matter at hand (Roy Moore's sexual predation of young girls), and to silly little matters like Trump tweets, and White house Christmas decorations.
