Not inherently. Personally, I don't believe that political party affiliation by itself, or the lack thereof, has any relationship whatever to a given person's character or intelligence.

OTOH it certainly looks like Republicans identify very strongly with their team or tribe, and many seem convinced that it's better to crash and burn with Trump and his stooges than it is to try and stand on their own two feet.

Add that to the fact that no Republican since Lincoln has actually won a war, despite the fact that most of our wars have been started by Republicans.

Actually, yes you do. Stamina is one of the keys to winning pretty much any competition. Whether it's a staring contest, or a marathon, or a kissing contest..... Stamina is part of the strategy. Out maneuver, overpower, outlast.

Not that I think Reagan deserves those laurels, but the capitalist system might..... But now we see that Mother Russia may just have been playing possum. They have taken our sword, and pretty well skewered us with it..... Out capitalizing the capitalists, so to speak.
