I live here, you don’t.  Your obsession with American politics is tainted by your lack of the American Experience.  I give Canadians a pass as our culture is linked in so many ways.  That doesn’t mean you cannot comment only that your views always need to be taken with a grain of salt.  

You live there, I do not. You lack an objectivity being a part of the system that outsiders are, by definition, external to. I give Canadians a pass because, although culturally linked, they are not enmeshed in your two party system and therefore not blinded by the party-based obsequience/opposition it engenders in people like yourself. That doesn't mean you cannot comment, only that your views need to be taken with a grain of salt.

I have never defended or suggested I hope Moore should win. I said he should be in jail when this first broke.  Nothing I have posted in any way supports him.  TYPICAL BROAD BRUSH you are painting with.

Why not?  A number of right wing intellectuals (like Medved) have advocated moving to states that have shared political, social, and religious interests.

As I’ve pointed out many times, Scalia advocated for State (not federal) religion.  

Are you uncomfortable with moving to a state that incorporates your beliefs?

Actually, a heck of a lot of people do. And the gov't of Alabama takes great effort to prevent them from voting. And the polls are still showing a toss-up, 50/50
