Former Judge Moore was kicked off of the Alabama Supreme Court for the second time, when he refused to follow the US Supreme Court's decision on same sex marriage.  That was the second time he refused to acknowledge the law of the land, and got pitched. 

He might be available to judge a teen beauty pageant if anyone wants him to be a judge of something....
