The
“ may” part is after paying 1,000’s of dollars
So on face value
A felony conviction prohibits anyone from entering Canada
The cite you provided looks like an official Canadian government website. But, it's not.

It is run by a law firm that is eager to help people apply for a "Temporary Resident Permit".

They include this page, which outlines how to rehabilitate your record. Yeah, it will incur costs.

But, you are way off base in making such blanket, absolute statements. You write as if any American with a felony conviction, no matter how old, cannot get into Canada. That is not true.

Nice to see you are becoming self-aware. There may be hope.....

But, as Blue Crab pointed out, you are citing law firms with a financial stake in visa applications. They take care to use words like "may" and "could". You prefer to deal in absolutes.
What we have here is a little man with a need to be right

But entitlement isn’t.
I doubt anyone with extensive international travel experience would develop a sense of entitlement to carry illegal drugs across borders so that is highly unlikely too. She's never shown a sense of entitlement which some top starts do too. Consider what it would be like growing up as a woman who looks and sounds like she does, so unique as to be freakish. She strikes me as introverted.

She did!
And her aloof arrogance probably didn’t sit well with whoever was encountering her at the airport security.
So they showed her!

Martha Stewart would be an example of an person with a felony conviction who is admissible to Canada. She has a Minister's Permit, but there is a process for rehabilitation equivalent to a pardon.

Yes, it is 3-5K for the process
Canada is missing out on more tourists dollars than they get for the approval process.
Typical of a socialist government .
I sent a hoodie to a friend in Italy, he has to pay 27 Euro to pick up the package.
The sweatshirt was 45 USD but Italy includes the cost of the shipping in calculating the duty .

With this sort of thing, it's usually handled discreetly. It's not as if the US State Department is going to hold a daily press briefing on the subject.
lol… there are no discrete discussions with the USA backing Ukraine
Her teeth will fall out from malnutrition before any discrete discussion is entertained

I used to be an immigration consultant. I call bullshit on that. The relevant website is self-service. In fact the website says "you do not need to use a representative".
