Canada is missing out on more tourists dollars than they get for the approval process.

I sent a hoodie to a friend in Italy, he has to pay 27 Euro to pick up the package.
The sweatshirt was 45 USD but Italy includes the cost of the shipping in calculating the duty .

I used to be an immigration consultant. I call bullshit on that. The relevant website is self-service. In fact the website says "you do not need to use a representative".
