I understand what you are saying, but at what point does it become antithetical? After 13 federal lawsuits, all conclusively say that you were wrong, and no new evidence is forthcoming. I would never consider treason in that context, but fraud must be there somewhere.
People raised by bullshitters to be bullshitters will grow up to be bullshitters. And there will always be people who hate Americans, even Americans who hate their fellow Americans. Giving them your time is voluntary.
For some here, it seems to be involuntary, in the sense of knee-jerk response. Because if they thought about it, and acted on that thought, they would realize they are the ones being played.
