Moondoggy,
What time did you finish?

We had a great time on the Doc and were sorry to not see the westerly fill in on the easyway side of the course, especially after the confusion at the starting line! Good job on sticking with it.

What was the story on The Doc (and Deception) at the start!? Never saw that before from a second start fleet...

Last night's Wet Wed was a good one.

11-13 knots and steady.

Small waves andswell and it held to the finish.

Kelp was an issue big time. Ask Dave and Johnny D.

Seems the Kelp island/reef is getting bigger and there is new stuff growing that is not showing yet on the surface.

The bad news is the water temps are still cold and the swell season is ending so we may have this all summer.

Yabsley's new (for tax reasons) stinkpot is finally here.

The Farr is coming back next week maybe.

Fun night to sail.

I believe the Farr will go straight from the Ventura yard to MDR for Cal Race Week. Any other SB boats going? We will probably keep the boat down there until LBRW.

The Wilson is this weekend (Ventura and Back) which I wish we were doing. May be a light showing. The Dock will probably stayed docked for a while with this latest controversy about her son and the internet porn. Yikes!

Do you have the special Thump shirt for "The Wife beater"? You know....sleeveless. A bit of spilled breakfast on the front to suck on just for taste. :p

Oh crap, wifebeater is back on this thread again..aren't you busy trying to get rid of the bad kid online porno stuff? Can't you change your name,so disturbing or just go away.

no shirt for you. no soup.

I however want a shirt. So Delta Ditch on the Melges? Excellent! You will love it. I did it once on a Farr 40, the most bizarre race I have ever done. Better on aMelges. As we were one of the first to get to the bridge with chute up;and after repeated calls to the bridge master several minitues before, and the bridge did not open, so we had to do a round up crash and get the chute down and wait. Very frustrating watching other boats come up behind us until the bridge opened.

So I did not see KP in your line up? TH is a great crew. I should know the others, stumped right now.

I just got back from great Skien Dhu party, getting ready for the splash after the accident. Most of us are going to jump on Taxi Dancer for this weekends race to Ventura and back. Next weekend we will be back in action at Cal Race week.

Oh my GAWD. Now that is a team to be reconded with.

Isn't that too much talent for a 24 foot boat?

Of course every one of them is staid, humorless and boring so I

don't suppose they will have any fun.

Pictures please!

I need to send some kudos to the Taxi Dancer team for their corinithian spirit in the Yachting Cup. They took on as crew many of the Jr. Sailors from San Diego and let them take turns driving the big yellow machine during the race. What a thrill for the kids!

So thanks guys., especially Tom Parker who orchestrated the invitation.

That's what it's all about.

on SA at times
Why is it that certain men on SA continue to berate the Anarchettes and not let them have a presence on SA as well?

And Janer, as far as I have witnessed has been nothing but encouraging to all on here.

Because men are pigs, that's why they can't get the mad cow disease
