They want you at least three meters off the concrete wall to the basin, plus once the ketch on the right gets turned around, my mast will roll inbetween their two masts so hopefully they will not clash. In a direct hit from a cyclone I will probably still suffer stanchion damage from the ketch as it has higher freeboard than me, and maybe the ancient catamaran on the left, but I was happy to be next to the catamaran as it will not roll. Here's a pic of a massive heavy wooden boat next to a tiny steel boat (they are the next two neighbors to the right), where the former went overboard on lines to shore.

That's quite the trailer sailer, what is it?
Pearl's a 1974 C&C 35 MkII, probably ~16,000 lbs including the cradle. The marina next to our yacht club picked up a new tow rig this year: the RAM 3500'll pull 25,000 lbs and the Conolift hydraulic trailer's rated for 20,000 lbs. Not sure I'd wanna go cross-country with this rig but it worked nicely for 6 miles from water to shop.
