South East Asia Sails - Too Good to be True?

My OEM Horizon mainsail on my '77 Pearson 10 meter is, not surprisingly, on it's last legs and I need a new one.

I'm getting quotes from several local lofts, but I also came across South East Asia Sails out of Thailand which is pricing out at about 2/3 of what the locals are asking.

Does anyone have experience with them?

I bought a made to order SXI fully battened mainsail for my wingmast tri from Zoom, made in Sri Lanka. Excellent service and quality. Half the price of Doyle or North quotes in US. Don't know your S.E. loft.

So the owner either forgot to put the battens in or is too cheap to buy them!
