It was just a DNF. 1 of 2 engines didn't properly re-start

It looked like the re-orientation to the landing sequence was delayed too.   I watched SN-8 and it occurred sooner but just like this one the engines didn't produce enough power to slow the descent.

I'm amazed they parked SN10 right next to it, with a 70% chance of a rapid unscheduled self-disassembly of SN9 right there.  Good way to lose both.

1 out of three engines didn't relit.  That engine was needed to finish the flip to vertical. They haven't mentioned if it was the same issue or not.  

SN 12 and 13  are already being scrapped with 14 and 15 in the works. They are trying to have it so SN 15 does it several times successfully.

Looks like the blast concussion might have blasted off on of the foreskin flaps on SN 10!
