SR Max 21

Does anyone have a tuning guide for a SR Max 21? I've tried a couple of sailmakers, but no luck.

Who made the sails?

That would be where to start, they could tell you things like prebend and mast sag.

This is why I always say, pick the sailmaker that is going to give the best service to you.

Like I said, I tried sailmakers including the one that made the sails, U.K.

Ethan @ North (Tampa) drew me up a tuning guide for an SR Max almost 20 years ago. I think it would still be relevant.

Does Ethan still own/run the loft there?

I would think that with the depth of knowledge and experience here, that someone would have a Tuning Guide for the SR Max 21??

I recall base of 34 for the uppers and 30 for the lowers - good to about 12 knots

Tighten the forestay as the wind builds.
