Stainless chafe guards for control lines

I’m looking to add some small stainless chafe guards to avoid lines wearing through the fiberglass when trimming the backstay and twingers.

For both controls, the lines are often dragged over a 90° corner, which you can see causes wear in the photos below.

I’m hoping to find something with an inside angle of 90° with a slight inner radius and ideally an outside radius that’s even slightly larger. In both cases a shorter guard would be ideal.

Any tips for off the shelf parts? I’m in the US.

Call Fisheries Supply in Seattle or have a local metal fab guy make what you need. Other option is to raise your winches to eliminate the chafed area. I couldn’t view your attachments so above ideas are from common sense.

Lots of automotive trim styles that can work. Or not.

I used a piece of trim from a Harley front fender on my boat. Works great.
