I could use short term help, and any amount is useful, but $40k would help float the boats.
So, I am offering a partnerships $5k, $10k or $20k for a one year partnership, refundable after one year in full if you help back me in my purchasing. The boats eventually will be assembled and available to use in that year in Washington NC, along with 2 Diam 24s, and two f40 style trimarans.
A partnership will include some kind of Title, and or simple agreement for the one year period.
Bottom line is I will sell my Farrier 43 catamaran in Vancouver to pay off the purchase.
How cool would it be?
I love my Farrier catamaran but having these additional multihulls for my multihull museum, named Flying Circus is off the charts

As I said offline, some market research is needed. The partners need to have all these areas overlap:
- sailing skills above beginner
- not too old, these are all physical boats
- a lot of free time to spend in Washington NC (ie single, no job)
- spare cash to pay for travel, lodging, boat costs

The last three requirements are kind of incompatible for many (most).

Washington NC is probably the southernmost protected open water where storing all this LOA won’t bankrupt you. However:
- it’s not close to population where you could have, say, a weekend multihull school
- the water is too cold/brown to have it as a destination where people might come with families for vacation so the dad can sail and not have the wife spend a miserable week. A similar thing in the Bahamas would be a different story.

Did you know that the guy who built CAKEWALK lives in Washington NC? Did you ever fix those rotted crossbeams on the tri?

Well damn. It's just a tad far. Does chipping in allow for having one of those toys part-time in Miami FL? Miami Key Largo here we come!

You need to call up oakcliff sailing and ask them how they set themselves up. They are a nonprofit sailing club, people pay thousands a year to join.

I remember seeing them in 2006 and thinking it was a cool idea that would never work. Boy, was I wrong. They have dozens of big, expensive boats and probably around a hundred members.

The F40s will be available for anyone to sail in San Francisco, as they are currently in the water. I am going to sail them as long as I have crew, before disassembling.
In North Carolina the 40 tri is ready to sail, and I will put together a assembling party for the Diam 24s, and Reynolds.
Skateaway will be available for those coming in from out of town, as she has great berths.
I am not charging anything, but any donations will be appreciated, insurance is the biggest expense.
Anyone wanting to go big, I need to bring my tri in Wales this spring to the Azores where she will be staged for a pond crossing.

Looks like Chad had a yard sale... Good to see these boats getting some motivation and attention. Shadow is super fun.
