Steve, you remind me of a fireman friend and his dad who, over 50 or so years, bought and restored a dozen or more retired Seattle fire apparatus. Its an amazing collection. They're available for parades and events (kids birthday parties) and they used to display them as a mini museum in the old SFD HQ, (maybe still do).

Thinking about your's and their energy exhausts me. Keep it up.

Does your F43 come with a mast? (Seems to be missing in the photo)
It was a new cat, recently launched and when the marina was unloading the 12ft of snow off the bow it sunk the stern. Sinking her for 4 hours and the brand new sealed bulkheads weren't fastened, The rig was never ordered, but I have a bid coming in

I feel sorry for the person who had it built. Idiots unloading in snow with no regard for the thousands of dollars they are screwing up. Trust misplaced...happens all the time, but sad nonetheless.

So Cal
Except any multihull with 65’ mast and over can’t make it due to bridges.
I thought you could, just need to enter from the outside through Ocracoke Inlet (having just come past that 3 weeks ago, I'm not going back though). A couple of swing bridges in downtown Washington NC itself.

I’ve been advised not to use Hatteras or Okracoke inlet as they are shallow and unmarked. If you had local knowledge on a calm day, I’m sure it would be fine for a shallow draft multihull.

You can let that sorrow go. The snow guys in Valdez are not idiots and they were hired by the builder/owner. I was there Thom.
