Doesn't anyone like rum?
I meant the beer for one hand while tiller is in the other. My email presumed you had already agreed to hosting evening mai tais on the spacious nets of S/V SarahKate, and dinner is kind of a mess because we’re too messed up from the really good rum I brought you. I’d host the party, but there’s that whole Panama Canal thing. Thanks Wess! ;)

LOL you know you have a standing invite to party and crash at our place or on our boat any time you come to the right coast!

How long is that mast? Can you haul a 60' mast?
I looked it up when we needed to move a 55'er. If you keep it basically the same size as a 53' trailer semi truck (assuming about 20' for the tractor ahead of the trailer) you'll make it through all of the highway patrols along the interstates. But with that front overhang, ol' multihuler better be pretty damn careful his tight corners don't skewer gas station folks. We'll assume he's going to truck stops :)

I am getting too old for this shit,
Pulling out a 43x24ft f40 catamaran at a marina launch ramp is best at night, as there isn't anyone around to sat no.

Congrats on this acquisition. Shadow has a main halyard lock that has needed attention for some time among other things. Check it while the rig is down. It's no fun trying to get the main down in a small marina when its blowing over 20.

Bit of a thread drift but I just saw this ad and thought of you Multihuler.
Now this is a racer/cruiser (in need of some work apparently):
If it's worth anything to anyone, the trimaran is ex Chauss Europ (and ex a bunch of other things, as the way goes with these race boats): http://www.histoiredeshalfs.com/Histoire des 60 ORMA/M16.htm

I remember seeing the ad for it (in 2011 apparently, time flies) when the accommodation was extended but the project wasn't finished and being completely blown away by the idea of cruising a boat like this.
