DAY ONE

Wind Calm before the storm.

God has smiled on me again and given me a gift of youth. I will thank God and take this gift with me on a journey of discovery. For both the youth and me.

I will feel the youth as I have felt youth in the past. Upon the sea, far from help, I will feel youth completely and youth will feel me flow through youth.

The South Seas are calling again and I will continue to be at one with myself, whenever youth is busy. The ship, my beautiful ship is strong and ready to carry my new found youth and me

along with my youth of the past and the fruit of my labors. God, Buddha and the great Pumpkin have blessed me again and are with me on my voyage to keep me focused.

But most of all I will focus on my new youth

I don't know anything about this new turn, the last communication I had with him was years ago on his 1000 days thing, when his onboard desalination unit fouled out with no rain and there was genuine concern that he would die of thirst. We emailed through his satellite link I gave him some thoughts as to either unfouling his membranes or setting up a solar still.

After John Krevvy died I meant to stop by and give some condolences to the Krevvy family but it didn't work out yet.

So I'm out of this.

Good to see to see both deranged crews back though, his crew and this one.

The only thing I can add is that any husband who brings along a younger woman even as a "friend" should perhaps be more considerate of his wife.

Totally off the subject, but I just heard from a friend in the Carib, while the boat next to his slept some thieves took off with the dinghy, just cut through the painter and they didn't hear a thing.

If they would have rigged up a little wire circuit to the painter to a cabin alarm they might still have a dinghy.
