My wager is it's either not authentic or its existence doesn't mean what Politico posits.  Real question is what political objective the 'leaker' thinks could be achieved by releasing it now.  If it's as Politico asserts, it's a bit of an early October Surprise and my guess is it would shift stuff in favor of the Democratic Party candidates.

The way the polls are trending shows (my opinion) that the voters are getting pissed off at the performative outrage and cancel culture that the GOP is embracing. This will only accelerate that trend. If bodies are dragged to the polls, there could be a serious denunciation of the far right.

That's the best hope of what will happen. I have no doubt however that this decision is strategic in nature, so whatever that is at the heart of the matter, I have no idea what that may be. It is most likely a decision made by leading Evangelicals in concert with Opus Dei.

The court would make a decision in June..... That makes for a long time before the mid terms.... I doubt if the court will make a decision in this session.
